Mary was super helpful, she helped my fiancé pick out her ring and my fiancé praised her for showing her things that she said she liked not just what Mary might like. My fiancé didn’t even want to look at other stores. Mary made everything super easy and smooth. I had no idea what I was doing as this was my first time buying a ring and she was so helpful and easy to work with!

Mary was outstanding! She was very attentive to our needs. She inspected my ring and noticed 2 of my diamonds were loose. I would suggest asking for her when you are looking for jewelry or. Need jewelry sizing. Very knowledgeable.

We have been to several zales stores and had okay experiences. However Laurie Ouber went above and beyond. She made my wife and I feel welcomed. She helped us pick a ring that we loved. Since then she has taken care of us each time we come in to get our ring inspected. Today she noticed that one of the stones was loose and that a band issue had risen. Without hesitation she took care of it. I can't thank Laurie enough for how great she treats each customer. She is amazing with her knowledge of products.

I had an issue with my wedding ring, I've had it for years! Mary, at the little rock outlet took such amazing care, handling every detail. She is so concerned that I was satisfied and completely in love with my replacement. I could not have had a better advocate going to battle for me! And Spencer was an awesome back up to Mary's care of my situation! Love these guys!

We had a wonderful experience with our representative, Vera! My fiancé and I came in to look at rings, we told her what we were looking for, gold band with an oval diamond, she showed me everything within my price range, asked us questions, commented on how cute we are together. We came back 2 weeks later, Vera recognized us and remembered the ring we were looking at, it made us feel very special. We ended up finding a set that we both fell in love with, Vera worked hard to get us a good price with financing and we appreciated it so much. I can’t wait to marry my best friend and thanks to Vera I have my dream rings! Thank you Vera!

We loved our Zales experience!! Mary was extremely helpful helping me and my (future) husband find our rings/bands! I bought my wedding ring months ago at one of the custom shows and she walked me through the process and helped out SO much. Just purchased our wedding bands today on a great discount!! We love Mary! Go ask for her.
